  • Health coaching is for everybody. Every Body. Health is often defined as the absence of disease, but for many people illness or disability is a lifelong reality. My definition of health is different: it’s about optimizing your life to support your goals and dreams. Health coaching creates a supportive space to build habits, resources, and rhythms that adapt to the realities of life.

  • A Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) is a nationally credentialed professional who has completed accredited training, logged coaching hours with clients, and passed a national board exam through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. Board-certified coaches are trained in evidence-based behavior change and client-centered coaching methods. Coaches must also complete continuing education and follow a professional code of ethics to maintain certification.

  • I offer virtual health coaching sessions designed to support you wherever you are. Sessions are available by phone or Zoom, making it easy to access coaching from home.
